These Terms govern the use of soundsphere, a public software service developed by Avilion Technologies for importing and playing media tracks inside Discord voice channels.

The service was written in Python and uses third-party media platforms including Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, and Twitch.
The software is free to use. Donations may be accepted but are not required.
2. Supported Usage
Only supported formats and sources may function correctly. Unsupported formats may fail to play. Future support for additional formats is not guaranteed.
3. Intellectual Property
soundsphere is not open-source software. All rights are reserved by Avilion Technologies and soundsphere systems inc.

4. License
Portions of the software are distributed under the MIT License. The software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind.
5. Availability and Maintenance
The service may be temporarily taken offline for maintenance, typically lasting approximately 5–10 minutes.
Administrators may inspect logs during troubleshooting to identify technical issues.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Avilion Technologies is not responsible for:
- Any damages resulting from use of the software
- Service interruptions
- Improper usage
7. Abuse and Restrictions
Access may be revoked from any user or server intentionally attempting to disrupt or degrade the service.
